Retail Sales Representative

We seek an enthusiastic individual looking for a great retail sales position with a great base pay and commission plan!  If you have the ability to sell, great communication skills and the drive to succeed, we are looking for you. We have a full-time position available in Wausau on Stewart Avenue.

 

This position involves:

• Selling our Einstein Wireless service to new and existing customers

• Assisting customers with questions on our products and services

• Understanding customer needs

• Ability to work flexible hours including day, evenings and weekends

 

If you possess:

• Previous sales or customer service experience

• Excellent communication skills

• Computer knowledge

• High school diploma or equivalency

Customer Care Rep

We are seeking outgoing, friendly people to join our team in providing quality customer service to our customers. The CRS will provide vital information to customers calling with questions or concerns they may have regarding their wireless phone service. This full-time position will include a mix of day, evening and alternate weekend hours. You will participate in on-going training, process improvement and many other exciting activities that add value to the customer service role.

 

Qualifications:

·   windows based computer experience with general typing skills 

·   A high school diploma or equivalency

Billing Manager
Responsibilities include:

  • Directs, plans, and coordinates billing activities. 
  • Advise department personnel on technical matters, project priorities and company objectives.
  • Manage projects and day-to-day efforts of activities
  • Proven ability to manage direct reports to ensure that proper budget, goals, policies and staff activities are carried out according to company's established goals and parameters.
  • Analyze operations data and institute procedural changes where warranted to effect cost reduction through more efficient systems, operations, and schedules. 
  • Ensures all billing initiatives and processes are in conformance with organizations established policies and objectives. 
  • Manages direct reports to ensure that proper budget, goals, policies and staff activities are carried out according to company's established goals and parameters.
  • Performing supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Such responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Requirements

  • SQL experience, min. 4 years (SQL Server 2005 environment preferred).   
  • Minimum 7 years relevant work experience with at least 3 years in a management in a Billing Department. 
  • Billing systems experience. 
  • Excellent written and verbal skills. 
  • Proven ability to effectively manager vendors.
